    Sponsor an event or program.

    Show your support for our work by donating cash or services to one of our fundraising events. CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services uses all the marketing tools available, from social media to print and radio. We celebrated our Centennial in 2021. We have been around a long time, providing up-to-date services to the vision impaired and legally blind. Your company’s name, brand and information will be seen by thousands of prospective customers over the weeks leading up to any of our signature events.     Annual Fund

    Make your gift count today with a 100% tax deductible contribution to the CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services Annual Fund. Contributions help fund vision rehabilitation services and programs. CBA accepts gifts of cash, securities, property, annuities, jewelry and insurance. You can double your gift if your employer has a matching gift program.     Tribute

    A gift to CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services is a thoughtful way to honor a milestone. Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, promotions as well as wishes and condolences in memory of someone.     The Legacy Society

    A bequest to CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services is as simple as an amendment (codicil) to your will stating one of three choices: “I give (exact dollar amount) or (percentage of my estate) or (remainder of my estate) to Chautauqua Blind Association, Inc., a non-profit, human service agency located in Jamestown, NY, USA.”

    United Way

    CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services receives funding from the United Way of Northern Chautauqua County and the United Way of Southern Chautauqua County. Contributions to United Way through their workplace campaigns and their designated contribution program supports our organization, as well as other worthwhile community programs.
