A bequest to CBA Vision Rehabilitation Services is as simple as an amendment (codicil) to your will stating one of three choices: “I give (exact dollar amount) or (percentage of my estate) or (remainder of my estate) to Chautauqua Blind Association, Inc., a non-profit, human service agency located in Jamestown, NY, USA.”
Bequests may provide you with valuable estate tax savings. Please contact Joni Blackman, Executive Director, at email@example.com for a confidential conversation.
